Refund policy

 

We hope you love your Pinnal purchase and we are working hard to ensure all items that are posted to customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item, we do accept returns for a full refund. This period extends 30 days from purchase. Of course the item needs to be returned in new saleable condition. Please note, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we do not currently offer free returns.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

 

How can I initiate a return request? 

To start a return request you can contact us at info@pinnal-shop.com with a photograph of the product. If your return is accepted, please send to the address below in bold type. In an effort to be paperless we have not included a returns form with your order, so please help us by noting your order number or name inside the package. Please note that without this order number your refund may be subject to a delay. We ask you use a method that has tracking so the package is safe and secure. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

What happens if the product you receive is damaged?

We take extra care to package our products securely. However, in case you receive a product that’s been damaged during transportation, please send us picture within 24 hours (no exceptions to extend this period) of receiving the item. A return & refund will be initiated thereafter.

Can I Exchange To Another Product?

We do not offer exchange. You can return the item you don’t want and purchase a new one. We are always happy to help with the decision process if you are in doubt!
